With the Evopos dealer management software we can utilise the latest technologies to advertise your company and products for little or no cost. For example you can use the 'Comms' utility to create and send HTML newsletters or special offers (with embedded images so they show up straight away). You have real control over who you send to, for example if the workshop was a bit quiet it would be easy to select the people who had bought from you in the last 3 years but have not been in for a service in the last 6 months. Evopos will also separate the customers depending if you have a mobile number or email so you can choose Email or Text Message (SMS)..

Customers really appreciate being pro-actively contacted with ‘Useful’ information such as a text message to tell them their bike or parts are ready to be picked up, or an invitation to a VIP pre-sale evening. Also when customers knows you will regularly contact them, they are much less likely to go elsewhere.


On-Line and On-Demand training is a great way to get the more out of Evopos for less. It is ideal for busy dealers who just want training and assistance when and if they need it (and have the time to spare). Basically how it works is that we use the latest remote control technology so we can share your screen as if we were both in front of it, while also conversing over the phone. We have even performed complete installation and training on-line. Customers love it because they can decide when they want it and best of all it saves them money as there is no travel time or expenses. Another reason it works well is that training is best done in short periods such as 15 to 30 minutes at a time. If you spend too long training you tend not to retain so much and it can become less efficient. We offer on-line training in 4 hour blocks which do not expire and you can take in as many session as you like, so if you suddenly get busy we can take a break and continue when convenient to you.

The Evopos Web Store is a new service offered to our Evopos users which allows them to dynamically update and maintain the products on their website directly through their Evopos system. No longer will you have to update two sets of data, just update your Evopos stock file and your Web Store will reflect the changes you have made. Simply add a display image and a description, then tag the item as ‘Web Store’ in your Evopos stock file and your customers will be able to order it online. The system is updated with the customer’s details and the order is generated automatically, all you have to do is pick it, pack it and post it! It is a truly revolutionary method of generating sales!
