I’m sure everyone is aware that as of 4th January 2011 the VAT rate increases
to 20%. In order to make sure you are charging the correct amount of VAT you will
need to change the setting in the defaults section of the Business manager (Biketech).
Please follow the instructions below: From the main Menu select:
>> Utilities
>> Default Settings
>> Tax Codes
>> Default Tax Group
Change Lines 2 to 9 which indicate 17.5% to 20% and hit Page Down to save the changes.
There you go……Job Done HAPPY NEW YEAR!

How Will This Affect You?

>>Settings
>>Systems
>>Edit
Change all figures that indicate 17.5% to 20% this includes STD Rated buy and sell figure
and also the USED SCHEME special figure and save the changes.

Please ensure that you do not apply any VAT changes to your systems before the 4th
January. You must finish all of your invoicing up until the 3rd of January before
you change your current tax rates in EvoPos at the start of trading on the 4th of
January. |
